Head of Products

Job Description

  • Work with CEO and stakeholders to define the business strategy and product objectives

  • Translate product objectives to a meaningful workplan and measurable milestones

  • Work with R&D to establish processes and manage the entire product lifecycle

  • Drive the R&D teams and working closely with extensive interfaces within and outside the company

  • Writing product specification documents and ensure R&D deliveries accordingly


  • 5 years of proven experience in product management positions

  • Experience in building / managing a team of product managers - advantage

  • Experience with Fintech / Finance companies - a great advantage

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in product characterization and document writing

  • Experience in UI and UX

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

  • Passionate about changing the cryptocurrency world – a MUST!

ExagonPay is seeking a Customer Analyst for an exciting position at a fast-growing Fintech start-up.

As a Customer Analyst, you will be part of our compliance team and responsible for monitoring customers. After internal training, you will work independently and collaboratively with all support staff to achieve an efficient and effective AML support group that fully meets the needs of all company requirements. 

Employment : Full time- Shifts.

The position requires 7-9 hours shifts.

Nights and weekend shifts are required. 


  • High AML/KYC understanding (after in-house training)

  • Customer risk assessment

  • Customer correspondence

  • Assist in guiding content creation for the company's products and customer guidelines. 


  • Independent and well organized 

  • High attention to detail

  • Fluent in English, writing and speaking ​​

  • Analytical and capable of deductive thinking

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy

  • Law degree and/or regulatory background- Advantage
